Established in 1988, Carol Buto Designs has created award winning residential and commercial interiors. Previously Director of Mehagian's Executive Interiors, Carol's experience includes private residences in Desert Highlands, Sincuidados, Troon, DC Ranch, Grayhawk, Desert Mountain, Prescott, Flagstaff as well as a unique home on the crest of a mountain in Vail, Colorado.
Other projects since 1967 are executive offices, banks, healthcare, life care centers, and a bed and breakfast. Commercial projects include the sales offices for the developer's of Desert Troon Companies in Scottsdale and in Showlow. Hotel remodels have been completed in Flagstaff and Mesa, Arizona for Holiday Inns, as was the award winning retail showroom of Hacienda Lighting in Scottsdale.
A tremendous amount of detail goes into creating an interior for a client, whether it is designing custom furniture or the edge detail of a baseboard, balancing the texture of fabrics or creating a special stone pedestal for a powder room. Furniture layouts and custom tile designs are done on AutoCAD and can be emailed or faxed to local and out of state clients. Our ability to work in conjunction with the architect, builder, lighting and landscape designers, and all trades involved gives the client peace of mind while they are away. This team approach leads to a successfully executed project.
